Yeast Turbo Grom 48h is a combination of active, high alcohol distillery yeast, and precisely developed yeast nutrient. A guarantee of quick, clean and efficient fermentation of sugar-based alcoholic brews.
Recipe for 100 litres of brew:
In a fermentation container, dissolve 28 kg of sugar (sucrose) or 31,2 kg of dextrose in 24 l of hot water. Afterwards, add another 60 l of water, cold. After the fluid cools down to 30-35°C, add the pouch contents and stir thoroughly. Submit the mix to fermentation at 25-28°C for the period of 5-7 days. For best results, clarifying the brew after fermentation is recommended.
The Yeast Turbo Grom 48h is characterised by high fermentation activity (efficient alcohol production at low biomass yield).
Caution: The fermentation carries out turbulently. Store in dry and cool place. Not for direct consumption.
