Yeast + nutrient for red wine Fermivin® VR5 VITA consist of perfectly combined yeast and nutrients, allowing you to prepare your own homemade wine.
This product enable complete fermentation of the drink prepared.
How to use: The yeast does not require preliminary multiplication. Mix it with 100 mL of boiled water cooled down to the temp. of 30°C and leave the mixture for 20 minutes. Afterwards, pour the solution into the fermenter with the wine batch. Dose an appropriate amount of nutrients in three equal portions: 1st - prior to inoculation with yeast, 2nd - after 2-3 days of fermentation, 3rd - after about 10 days, when the ⁰Blg value of the must falls down to 8-12. Dissolve the nutrient portions in ≈100 mL of must and then pour everything into the demijon and stir.
Do not add the nutrients directly to the yeast used for inoculation.
Ingredients:
nutrient 58,8% (diammonium phosphate (V), components of inactive yeast cells, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)), yeast 41,2% (S. cerevisiae winemaking yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate).
Dosage: 7g of yeast per 10-35 L of wine,
1g of nutrients per 1.5-2.5 L of must
